Alongside close friend and talented director Joe Bidmead, we made a documentary about Three Pools permaculture farm in Wales, setting out to simplify permaculture and explore the lives of those on the farm.
This film is for anyone interested in farming, our food supply, and how we can evolve industries to become more sustainable. It's also for those without an interest in any of those things but who want to learn something new about agriculture, change their perceptions of modern farmers, and learn what the future of farming could look like.
Against the Grain ran on the Waterbear streaming platform for 3 years and received two award nominations at the ARFF Barcelona and WSXA Amsterdam film festivals.
